Elderly or At Risk?

During this time of social distancing we realize it is most important to protect our most vulnerable which are our elderly or at risk.

If you feel as though you are unable to come to mass because you are a vulnerable individual, please fill out the request form below. Communion will be brought to the home bound after the 8:00 AM Live-streamed Mass.
